400 people a year, mainly children die from unexploded bombs along the ho chi minh trail. The most bombed place on the planet would take a million people a lifetime to remove all the bombs left over from the Vietnam war. I am watching a road trip along some of the most dangerous roads and the facts just astonished me I had to write it down. Imagine that 50 years since the end of the war people still lose their lives regularly from unexploded bombs. The cost in lives nearly 20,000 and the cost in money is mindboggling. The world is unfairly balanced and I wonder if karma will balance things out any time soon.
